Single System for Control and Payment of Pensions ESEPS - ILIOS
Description
As of 01.01.2013, based on Law 4093/2012, IDIKA S.A. undertook the creation of the single system of Control & Payment of Pensions - "SUN SYSTEM", with which it collected for the first time the data from 92 information systems of insurance institutions for 4.5 million pensions and identified 2.7 million pensioners.
In accordance with the procedure laid down by the social security bodies, they shall send to IDIKA AE an electronic pension payment file on a monthly basis, with a deadline of the 10th day of each month, containing, in detail and per pensioner, the amounts of pensions paid by each institution, an indication of exemption from the reductions provided for and the periodicity of payment of the pension amount.
The IDIKA then checks the correctness and completeness of the data contained in the files and performs the necessary calculations by producing the final files to "DIAS". At the same time, it statistically processes the data which are presented in detail and in full transparency in the monthly reports of the Single Pension Control and Payment System "ELIOS" since June 2013.
