Single Electronic Real Estate Base "ESTIA"
Description
The Single Electronic Real Estate Base "ESTIA" was established by Law 4144/2013 and is a reliable and dynamic electronic database, in which the data for all the real estate of the Ministry of Labour and its supervised bodies are recorded.
The purpose of the operation of "ESTIA" is the effective financial management and utilization of the real estate portfolio of the Ministry and its supervised bodies, while, at the same time, the self-evident obligation of the state to create an environment of full transparency, easy access and control of the administration by citizens is fulfilled.
Ordinary citizens, as well as those interested in utilizing the assets of the funds, can use the application's tools to locate the properties of the social security funds and be informed about their situation and the prospects for their utilization.
