The average emissions in the transmission, excluding local consumed renewables in the municipalities. Combined with RE Coverage Municipality (https://www.energidataservice.dk/tso-electricity/REcoverageMunicipality) it delivers the emissions per kWh per municipality per hour.

- The total emissions per kWh in a municipality are EmissionFactor *consumption(1-REshare), where REshare is provided in RE Coverage Municipality (https://www.energidataservice.dk/tso-electricity/REcoverageMunicipality).
