Energinet purchases MFF per hour through daily auctions in a national market.

The forecast per hour for the next operating day (d+1) is the quantity purchased in the auction for the coming operating day.
Suppliers who want to bid for MFF capacity must have approved the technical properties of the facilities before bidding: Prequalification and testing.
