The database shall contain information on the operators of installations using organic solvents or products containing volatile organic compounds. The database stores data on installations, i.e. activities in which organic solvents are used, and for each installation the submitted data are entered (types of organic solvents used, consumption of individual solvents — t/year, in the final annual amount of organic solvents used — t/year and d r.), as well as data on emissions of volatile organic compounds (emissions in waste gases expressed in mg C/m³, fugitive emissions, total measured/calculated emissions, method of monitoring emissions) and data on the existence of abatement techniques.
