HICP at constant tax rates - monthly data (annual rate of change)

Description

The Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices at constant tax rates (HICP-CT) is a variant of the HICP that measures inflation without the impact of changes in taxes on products. The annual rate of change is the percentage change in one month compared to the same month one year before. It is calculated from the monthly HICP-CT indices.
