Panoramic pictures of the road traffic Krefeld
Description
The data set consists of high-resolution 360° panoramic images created by road traffic. The panoramic pictures cover the entire public street space of the city of Krefeld, private roads are not used. The drive was first carried out in 2017 and has since been repeated in a 2-year cycle. Since 2019, a point cloud from LIDAR measurement has also been generated parallel to the images during driving. The 3D point cloud enables high-precision measurements in the images using application software. The locations of the images are georeferenced. The data of all previous admission cohorts since 2017 are available in a viewer software for administration-internal view. The image data are also available as individual data sets from the 2021 vintage and the LIDAR point data from the 2023 vintage.
