Wuppertal ATOM Feed Land Use Plan as at 17.01.2005

Description

The ATOM Feed Download Service for the grid data for the Wuppertal Land Use Plan (FNP) as of 17.01.2005 provides a grid data image of the current Wuppertal Land Use Plan for download, which was obtained by scanning the original plan. It refers to the state of the FNP, in which it acquired legal force on 17 January 2005 and thus replaced the second Wuppertal FNP of 30 June 1967. The FNP (preparatory land-use planning) and the development plans to be developed from it (binding land-use planning) are the instruments of municipal land-use planning. The FNP was digitized with the geoinformation system SICAD/open used at the time on the basis of the German basic map 1:5,000 (DGK 5), as of 1996, used as a background map. A stress-free overlay with current large-scale maps or orthophotos is therefore not possible. The dataset will not be continued. The determinations from amendment procedures to the FNP are recorded in separate data sets. In order to obtain the current statement of the FNP, the legally effective amendment procedures must therefore be considered in addition to the original plan. The download service makes the raster data available to users in a zip archive with 13 tiles each representing 6 km x 6 km in the format TIFF with World File (TFW). The dataset is subject to an open data license with exclusion of data modification (CC BY-ND 4.0). According to the AG Geokom.NRW of the municipal umbrella associations in NRW and the state of NRW, there is a legal publication obligation for the FNP in accordance with the provisions of the INSPIRE Directive or the Geodata Access Act NRW. In the recommendation for action of this WG, it is assigned to the topic of "soil use" from Annex III to the Directive.
