Purchases by the City of Turku

Description

The dataset includes purchases of services, materials, supplies and goods by the City of Turku, as well as purchases from 1 June 2021 to 31 December 2021 and 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 included in the accounting groups Rental expenses and Other operating expenses of municipalities. The data also include procurements funded by external funding (e.g. national and international project funding). Invoices paid to private individuals have been removed from the material. The publication of the data follows the guidelines published by the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities on opening purchase invoice data for municipalities and joint municipal authorities. The data has been extracted from the city's data warehouse and the data has been supplemented with data from Finnish companies from YTR. The information is updated annually in XLXS and CSV files after the approval of the financial statements. Data for 2022 added on 20 June 2023.
