CO2 emissions from installations according to TEHG
Description
The EU Emissions Trading Directive (Directive 2003/87/EC) and the German Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Act (TEHG) of 21 July 2011 on the trading of CO2 emission allowances are a market-based instrument of EU climate protection policy. They are intended to support efforts to achieve the climate change targets set out in the Kyoto Protocol (1997) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
