A Territorial Air Energy Climate Plans (PCAET) is a territorial sustainable development project whose purpose is the fight against climate change and the adaptation of the territory.
The result is a resilient, robust, adapted territory for the benefit of its population and activities.
PCAETs are now mandatory for communities with more than 20,000 inhabitants
