Limits on requested and granted mining authorisations (Berechtamskarte pursuant to Section 75(1) of the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 — BBergG) In principle, the following applies: In order to search for mountainous mineral resources, a permit is required for the extraction of which a permit or mining property is required. (cf. § 6(1) BBergG). The data is kept constantly. In accordance with § 76 BBergG, the inspection of the legal data (legitimate card, berechtamus documents) is permitted to anyone who demonstrates a legitimate interest.
