Description
The slope slope is the maximum slope of an area towards the strongest slope (slope of the fall line). The slope inclination (in [°]) provides information on the design possibilities of geothermal heat collectors. Very steep slopes are often affected by erosion and landslides, which lead to the removal of the ground. Often, the solid rock is directly on the surface. In such areas, the design options for geothermal collector systems are usually limited or installation is not feasible. The data set provides a basis for large-scale considerations and does not replace the conduct of detailed investigations.
