Wetlands and moors according to § 11 GAPKondV
Description
On the basis of § 11 GAPKondV, a landscape of specially protected wetlands and moors is designated. In the Free State of Thuringia, the method provided for in Section 11(3)(1) of the GAPKondV shall be based on the class marks of soil estimation listed in Annex 1 GAPKondV in accordance with the Soil Estimation Act of 20. December 2007 (BGBl. I pp. 3150-3176-) used in the current version, since the official data of soil estimation in the Free State of Thuringia form the best available data basis. These contiguous areas determined are included in the area from a minimum size of 0.5 ha, as the affected areas in the Free State of Thuringia are widely distributed, highly fragmented and only small.
The landscape shall be updated on 1 February of each year to the extent necessary on the basis of updated data.
