Description
Not only are gaps recorded in the cadastre between two built-up plots, as they are recognizable for everyone, especially in the case of closed construction methods. The definition applicable to the present building land register (Section 200 of the Building Code) also includes slightly built and oversized land as well as misused or underutilised land. For all areas, external development and infrastructure are largely present. As a rule, these building gaps can be built up at short notice without an elaborate planning procedure. All-urban information was collected on the individual plots, which are now presented in the FRISBI geoportal. The cadastre contains, inter alia, information on the location (flour, parcel, road) and the size of the buildable areas.
