Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Am Suppinger Weg II” of the town of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With the modification of the development plan, the EFH heights of the plots 5 to 10 and 15 to 21 are now taken over as planned and thus corrected in the development plan.nThe newly determined EFH heights are now in the area of the above-mentioned plots about 0.40 m above the road level and thus up to 1.30 m higher than the heights specified in the development plan.
