Description
In the cases specified in the Commercial Law and the Co-operative Societies Law, the assessment of the financial contribution of joint stock companies, limited liability companies and co-operative societies may be performed only by an expert who has been included in the list approved by the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia.
