Landscape protected areas County Wesermarsch
Description
According to §26 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act (Bundesnaturschutzgesetz), areas that serve to safeguard, develop and restore the performance and functioning of the natural resources or the regeneration capacity and sustainable usability of natural goods are referred to as landscape protected areas (LSG).
In the district of Wesermarsch, the Lower Nature Conservation Authority in the Fachdienst 68 (Environment) is responsible for the designation and supervision of the LSGs.
The landscape protected areas can be part of Natur 2000 areas (FFH and bird sanctuaries).
The data set “Landscape protected areas in the district of Wesermarsch” is a vector dataset that indicates the LSGs in their location and shape as polygons (areas). The data are in the coordinate system ETRS_1989_UTM_Zone_32N (EPSG: 25832).
The current dataset was last updated on 25.1.2021 and will be renewed if necessary. The following attributes are stored:
— KENNZ_FFN: License plate of the LSG
— Name: Name of the LSG
— Category: the classification of which category of protection is
— Enforcement: Name of the county responsible for the LSG
— Right of: the date on which the Regulation on the designation of the LSG was adopted
— Right since: the date on which the Regulation on the designation of the LSG was published
— VEROFF_IN: Name of the publication in which the Regulation on the designation of the LSG was published
— NSG_URL: Link to the website in which the LSG is described
— FLARES: the area size in square meters
— SCOPE: the circumference of the area in meters
— Natura200: Name of the FFH area or bird sanctuary if the LSG is part of a Natura2000 area
— EU_Kennz: EU number if the LSG is part of a Natura2000 area
— FFH_NR_NDS: special FFH number for Lower Saxony if the LSG is part of an FFH area
The data is available in the original form as well as in the data model of INSPIRE.
