Description
Pursuant to Section 193(5) of the Building Code – BauGB – the expert committee for the determination of land values in Freiburg i. Br. To determine soil benchmarks in accordance with the provisions of the BauGB and the Expert Committee Ordinance. At its meetings of 14 May 2009 and 30 June 2009, the Expert Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i. Br. has adopted the soil benchmark values indicated in the soil benchmark map as of 31.12.2008, taking into account §196 BauGB and §12 of the Review Committee Ordinance for Baden-Württemberg.
