Deep geothermal energy - development territory
Description
Delimits potential sectors for the development of deep geothermal projects in the canton of Jura. The defined sectors take into account the most appropriate electricity distribution stations in the canton and the main population areas of the canton, in order to be close to consumers and activities. The aim is to optimise the use of electricity and heat produced by any future geothermal power plants. Sheet 5.07.1 of the cantonal master plan sets out the planning principles to be respected.
