Waste incineration plants
Description
The sectoral measurement campaign in 2024 focused on the waste incineration plants. Many substances are released during combustion processes. Therefore, waste incineration plants are equipped with filters that clean the flue gases. However, calamities may occur.
The measurement campaign ran from April to September (with the exception of PFAS), depending on the measured pollutants 3 to 6 months were measured.
