RBBS: Maintenance axes

Description

The maintenance axis or road axis is the longitudinal axis of the linear coordinate system of a road. The totality of road axes defines the linear space of the managed road network without overlapping. A road axis may have interruptions. Each part of a road axle is then mapped by an axle segment. The axle segment is a complete and coherent part of a road axis.
