With the overview “GZR data on undeclared work 2018”, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of evaluations of the fines for administrative offences in the area of undeclared work entered in the sub-registries on natural persons as well as legal persons and associations of persons in the commercial central register. The data set shows all fine decisions against legal persons who were entered in the commercial central register in accordance with § 149(2), first sentence, no. 3 GewO in the evaluation year. The entries are differentiated by federal/states.
