Description
In accordance with Paragraph 32.2 of Cabinet Regulation No 378 of 17 May 2011 on the procedures for advertising medicinal products and the procedure by which a manufacturer of medicinal products is entitled to transfer free samples of medicinal products to doctors (hereinafter — the Regulation), holders of registration of medicinal products or their authorised representatives, or other persons who are advertisers or distributors of advertising, must submit to the Health Inspectorate once a year a statement on the material or other support provided to associations, foundations and medical institutions provided in the previous year.
