WMS service of the ‘Bachacker’ development plan of the municipality of Achstetten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The plan change touches on the basic principles of original planning. A new drafting of a qualified, legally binding development plan in accordance with § 2 ff BauGB is therefore required.
