VKBO companies and business units

Description

Agency Digital Flanders maintains a copy of the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE), the authentic source where all basic data of companies and business units are collected. This copy is enriched with additional data from other relevant sources, resulting in an enriched database, called the VKBO, managed by the Digital Flanders Agency. One of these enrichments is the translation of the address from CBE to address(es) and address position(s) from the Address Register insofar as the quality of the address in CBE allows a translation. This dataset allows to get a picture of the companies and business units on the map (limited to the publicly available data). This concerns all companies with a CBE status active, an address in Flanders and of the type of legal entity. In addition, all business units with a CBE status active, an address in Flanders and related to the companies type natural person and legal entity with a CBE status active.
