Description
The Access to Information Act gives Canadian citizens and permanent residents, and any person and corporation present in Canada, the right to access information contained in government records, subject to certain specific and limited exceptions. This annual report on the Access to Information Act at the OAG describes how we administered our responsibilities under the act during the 2019–20 fiscal year.
