Description
In land use planning, the type of land use is regulated and the entire area is divided into building zones, free zones, recreation zones, agricultural zones, protection zones and reserve zones or others.
Additional determinations can be defined in the overlapping usage planning contents. Basic uses are to be used for those contents that are of more important importance.
