Municipality with special municipal function - Defence
Description
Objective in the Land Development Plan (LEP) ; Functions which dominate the economic and social character of a non-central local community and whose spatial impact clearly exceeds one's own community or which represent a clearly distinguished function in basic centers compared to the other tasks of a basic center. They are assigned to the entire community. Measures consistent with the safeguarding or development of the municipal function are permitted in a non-central place beyond the framework of the municipality's own development.
