Development plan Wandsbek 61 Hamburg

Description

The Wandsbek 61 development plan for the area of the Wandsbek centre on both sides of Wandsbek Marktstraße between Klappstraße, Kattunbleich and Wendemuthstraße (Wallsbek district, districts 505 and 507) is established. The area is delimited as follows: North boundary of parcel 3145 of the district Wandsbek-Hinterm Stern-Nordgrenzen of parcels 749, 747, 746, 716, 715 and 714 of the district Wandsbek-Litzowstraße-Kattunbleiche-East boundary of parcels 699, 698 and 697, via parcels 691 and 689, north boundary of parcels 689, 688, 687, 2949, 681 and 680, via parcel 676 of the district Wandsbek-Kattunbleiche-via parcels 651, 2883, 2884, 2885, 644, 643 and 642 of the district Wandsbek-Wendemuthstraße-Wandsbeker Zollstraße-Rüterstraße-Ost and south boundary of parcel 3288, Southern boundaries of parcels 2175, 2606 and 1490, western boundary of parcel 1490 of the Wandsbek-Wandsbeker Marktstraße district, eastern and southern boundary of parcel 1483, southern and western boundary of parcel 1481 of the Wandsbek-Wandsbeker Marktstraße district, western and northern boundary of parcel 3206, western and southern boundary of parcel 3150 of the Wandsbek district.
