Species diversity flora and fauna (Natural capital)
Description
Estimated species diversity per kilometre cage in classes. Displayed on the basis of data from the last 10 years from the National Database Flora and Fauna. The seven most important and best researched species groups are included (vascular plants, amphibians, reptiles, fish, butterflies, dragonflies and birds). The map has been corrected for the effect of not being observed at the same intensity at each location. Only areas with species diversity higher than 700 are shown. This dataset is used in the map "Recreation" as part of the research into natural capital in Overijssel.
