Description
The dataset contains the list of projects financed by the ESF ROP Programme under Axis 4 – INSTITUTIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE CAPACITY: interventions are financed to invest in the distinctive development of human capital according to the regional strategy of "smart specialization".
The European Social Fund (ESF) is the main instrument used by the EU to support employment, help citizens find better jobs and ensure fairer job opportunities for all. To this end, the ESF invests in Europe’s human capital: workers, young people and job seekers. With a budget of €10 billion per year, the ESF increases the employment prospects of millions of Europeans, paying particular attention to those who find it more difficult to find work.
