Wood removal routes in Saxony — Deport routes in the state forest — cartographic display layer
Description
The data set is a mapping layer that includes the timber removal routes currently used in the Free State of Saxony, which have been recorded in the course of the NavLog project since March 2007 and which are relevant for logistics. Wood removal routes are transport and return paths that are used in the harvesting of wood. Information on the size (length, width, height), passing width, tonnage and traversability in the loading state is provided for each section. The NavLog project as a joint project of the forestry and timber industry aims to create a uniform database of navigational data across the whole country via the sewer network of all forest species. The data is used in the exit path map, scale 1:25,000.
