The area of application is limited by the Sportallee, the north-western and north-eastern boundary of the parcel 1945 of the Gross Borstel district, the Alsterkrugchaussee, Sportallee, parcel 249 (homecoming), via the parcel 2005, the western boundary of the parcels 1974, 2525, 2524, and 2049, via the parcels 2341, 2074, 2083 of the Groß Borstel district and the road Heselstücken.
