Expulsion measurement network (base of nitrate-polluted areas)
Description
The derivation of nitrate contaminated areas (formerly: Nitrate areas) pursuant to SächsDüReVO on the basis of § 13a(1) of the DüV from 01.01.2021 were made by a distinction between emission and immission approach. This data set describes the identification network according to § 5 AVV GEA and the nitrate support values used to determine the GWK to be considered in accordance with § 4 AVV GEA and the determination of the immission-based demarcation of the areas according to § 6 AVV GEA. The demolition measurement network comprises 496 groundwater measuring stations.
