Characteristics of soil functions

Description

Soil parameters are input information for a variety of soil-related tasks. The soil characteristics are based on a derivation according to the Saxon soil assessment instrument. The technical standard corresponds to the Soil Science Mapping Guide, 6th edition (currently only part C published). The characteristic values are recommended for entry into soil protection assessments. They are successively expanded and published via the LfULG Internet. Characteristics as of 10/2021: usable field capacity (nFK), usable field capacity in effective root space (nFKWe), effective root space (We), potential root space (Wp), potential cation exchange capacity (KAKpot), air capacity (LK)
