Description
Data on public water supply are collected on the basis of the Environmental Statistics Act (UStatG), last amended on 16.8.2005 (§7). The survey is aimed at all operators of water production facilities and/or water supply networks, including municipalities, special purpose associations, water supply companies and supply communities. The extraction quantities are requested per extraction facility and therefore refer to their location. The information on the nature of the water obtained refers to the date of extraction. The information on the nature of the drinking water supplied is also based on analyses submitted. In addition, data from the drinking water database Baden-Württemberg were also used.
