Seals: Berths in the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea from 1989

Description

This database provides all seal data available since 1989 from counting flights in the area of the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park. The data are collections in the seasons relevant for seals (May - July (litter season) and August - September (hair change time)). Sightings outside this period are not made available in this dataset (see seals: Seals: Monitoring of the populations of seals and grey seals in the Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea from 1989. The service includes the following information: Numbers of seals per berth, proportion of juveniles
