Description
The Skirt database is a common INSPIRE-compliant database base for provincial formulas. The HAME database has been developed during the HAME project (Harmpniised regional plans as e-services) in cooperation with all regional councils. More information about the HAME database and data model can be found at: https://www.lounaistieto.fi/maakuntakaavat/ The database is available for download in ESRI FileGDB format (packed). The material can also be downloaded in geopackage format. The geopackage-shaped HAME database was implemented in autumn 2019 as part of the Maakunta subproject of the Spatial Data Platform. Geopackage is an open database-based file format standardised by OGC, where different geometry types are stored in their own tables. The geopackage file with database tables can be imported e.g. into QGIS. https://www.geopackage.org/
