Transition zones in the case of protected immovable heritage
Description
The Immovable Heritage Decree provides four possible protection statutes since the new Immovable Heritage Decree of 01-01-2015: a protected monument, a protected cultural-historical landscape, a protected town or villagescape and a protected archaeological site. Within each of these statutes, it is possible to set up a transition zone. Such a zone supports the heritage value of the protected property.
