surface representation of the area natural denominations (FND) and the natural denkmale (ND) with a flat extent The FND was designated in accordance with § 13 of the Landeskulturgesetz of 14 May 1970 (GBL.I No. 12 p. 67) in conjunction with § 11 (1) sentence 2 Nature Conservation Ordinance of 18 May 1970 (Journal of the German Democratic Republic of 29 May 1970 Part II No. 46 p. 331) and § 15 Nature Conservation Ordinance of 18 May 1989 (Journal of the German Democratic Republic of 19 June 1989 Part I No. 12 p. 159). The ND was expelled in accordance with Section 28 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act of 29 July 2009 (BGBL. I p. 2542), as last amended by Article 5 of the Act of 6 February 2012 (BGBL. p. 148, 181). The data are based on the work carried out between 1992 and 2017 by the lower nature conservation authorities (UNB) of the federal state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania for the documentation of the protected areas of the LUNG M-V. The digitisation was usually prepared on the basis of the maps and/or location descriptions (e.g. indication of the affected parcels) of the documentation of the protected areas of the LUNG M-V (in exceptional cases geometries were taken over by competent authorities). The FND and ND demarcation maps presented by the competent local authorities between 1992 and 2016 have scales from 1:10.000 to 1:100.000 (different card editions). For each FND and ND there is a form containing information on the fixings and other information (e.g. short description, area size (GIS-determined and indication in legislation)). The forms of the FND and ND can be accessed via a link (topic query) in the map portal Environment. In principle, the UNB is responsible for FND and ND. You will receive binding information from the UNB on the demarcation as well as on prohibitions and regulations. Further FND contains the geospatial database fnd14_p.*. However, both shape files together do not contain a complete and final representation of all FND and ND, but only those communicated to the LUNG M-V by UNB.
