XPlanung dataset BPL “Bestengasse”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Bestengasse” of the city of Schelklingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With the establishment of the supplementary statute “Bestengasse”, the following planning objectives will be verfolgt:nDie Lands with the Flst. Nos 317/1, 317/2 and the sub-areas 317 and 317/3 in the district Hausen ob Urspring an der Strasse “Bestengasse” is shown in the land use plan as mixed construction area, but due to its location on the outskirts of the village is outside. This land area is now to be added to a development due to a concrete demand.
