Building plan Wandsbek 69-Tonndorf 29 1st change Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the Building Plan Wandsbek 69/Tonndorf 29 of 11 August 1999 (HmbGVBl. P. 213) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Regulation on the Building Plan Wandsbek 69/Tonndorf 29” is added to the Regulation.
2. In § 2, the following point 8 is added:
8. Brothels and brothel-like establishments, as well as sales and sales premises, demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at the sale of articles, representations or acts of a sexual nature, shall be excluded.”
