Development plan Wandsbek 69-Tonndorf 29 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The Ordinance on the Wandsbek 69/Tonndorf 29 development plan of 11 August 1999 (HmbGVBl. p. 213) is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Wandsbek 69/Tonndorf 29 development plan" is added to the Ordinance. 2. In § 2, the following point 8 is added: "8. Brothels and brothel-type establishments as well as sales rooms and sales areas, demonstration and business premises whose purpose is to sell articles, depictions or acts of a sexual nature shall be excluded."
