Description

An audio-magnetotelluric (AMT) survey performed under the supervision of the Geological Survey of Canada studied shallow and intermediate depth structures in the Nipigon region. The AMT survey successfully imaged the contact between the overlying Sibley Group sedimentary rocks and the Archean basement, as well as individual Nipigon sills.
