Description
The Clarification Statute lays down the limits for a given area for parts of the site that have been built up in the context. This determines an indoor area, which can be built up in principle, even without a development plan, in compliance with legal requirements.
The Supplementary Statute covers an area as an outdoor area in the related districts. Thus, this area is added to the interior area, which can in principle be built in compliance with legal requirements even without drawing up a development plan
