Description
This dataset contains the location of Classified Environmental Protection Facilities (ICPE) (on-site), whose land is polluted, subject to Public Information (PAC) in New Aquitaine.
PLEASE NOTE: this dataset is not complete on the New Aquitaine perimeter, it concerns the former Poitou-Charentes region.
The Porter à savoir (PAC) allows the State to transmit to the municipalities, or their groups, the information necessary for the exercise of their powers in the field of urban planning, in particular the risks of which it is aware and which must be taken into account in planning decisions.
Consequently, on the basis of technical information available to the Prefect, the Prefect may bring to the attention of a municipality proposals for restrictions on the use of land affected by pollution.
The CAP has effect only through its inclusion in the urban planning document. It is therefore not enforceable as it stands.
