Buildings in Espoo by purpose of use and year of completion from 2002 onwards.
A building is a separate structure, permanently built or erected at its location, with its own entrance, which contains a covered area intended for different functions and usually limited by external walls or walls separating from other structures (buildings). Since the statistics for 2000, the criteria for statistics on buildings have been changed so that permanently occupied secondary residences have been classified in the category of residential buildings as separate detached houses.
