Description
The development plan Allermöhe 25/Billwerder 21/Bergedorf 87 for the application of eastern Middle Land between railway facilities and the Federal motorway A 25 (district of Bergedorf, districts 610, 611 and 602) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Central landway — northern boundary of parcel 1529, over parcel 3024, northern boundary of parcels 3024, 3025 and 3692 of the Billwerder area — northern boundary of the southern railway trench (via parcels 4648, 4481 and 4418 of the Allermöhe area) — eastern borders of parcels 2946, 4600 and 3151, southern boundaries of parcels 3151, 4600, 3120, 4601, 4603, 2569 and 4603 of the Allermöhe area — Allermöher Pumpwerkgraben (via parcels 4631, 4630 and 4604 of the Allermöhe area) — southern border of the Southern Railway Ditch (Flurstück 4645 of the Allermöhe area) — eastern boundary of parcel 2615, over parcel 4630, southern boundary of parcel 4630 of the area of Allermöhe.
