Description

The development plan Allermöhe 25/Billwerder 21/ Bergedorf 87 for the area of application east Mittlerer Landweg between railway facilities and Bundesautobahn A 25 (Bergedorf district, districts 610, 611 and 602) is approved. The area is delimited as follows: Intermediate land route - northern boundary of parcel 1529, via parcel 3024, northern boundary of parcels 3024, 3025 and 3692 of the Billwerder district - northern boundary of the Southern Trench (via parcels 4648, 4481 and 4418 of the Allermöhe district) - eastern boundary of parcels 2946, 4600 and 3151, southern boundary of parcels 3151, 4600, 3120, 4601, 4603, 2569 and 4603 of the Allermöhe district - Allermöher Pumpwerksgraben (via parcels 4631, 4630 and 4604 of the Allermöhe district) - southern boundary of the Southern Trench (port 4645 of the Allermöhe district) - eastern boundary of parcel 2615, via parcel 4630, southern boundary of parcel 4630 of the Allermöhe district.
